Keeping ourselves active is a big part of our Lockdown Routine.

Here is the workout routine we did on our Live Series with Rehia of Elitebox Fitness

15 Minutes Total Time

2 Minutes Warm Up

  1. Star Jumps
  2. Jogging on the spot
  3. Heel flick/Butt kicks

We did 5 different exercises

  • 45 seconds work
  • 15 seconds break
  • 2 Sets each

Exercise 1 - Walkout to Planks

Exercise 2 - Press Ups

Exercise 3 - Regular Squats into Punches

Exercise 4 - Glute Bridges

Exercise 5 - Straight Arm Plank
