Villa Monument is a modern hotel with 12 themed rooms that will take you on a cultural journey to some of the world's most famous destinations. Although small, Villa Monument provides all the comforts of a larger hotel, but in a private and intimate setting. They pride themselves in offering tailored services for their guests, giving each one an experience that is unique to them, which is why each room is completely different. 

Each of the 12 rooms is named after a city or monument and designed by different designers, giving each room a unique feel. The playful spaces, from the Spanish-themed Catalan Room to the Safari Room inspired by Botswana, all have a story to go with them. The Catalan Room features the famous unfinished Spanish Sagrada Familia Temple by Antoni Gaudi, located in Barcelona. The small Spanish trinkets above the bed give an added touch of the culture to the space. The Florence Room is an ode to the Renaissance, when the Florentine art influence was at its peak, a period still treasured and respected today. The sleek and modern design of the room is reflective of the tasteful Italian style with a subtle reference to the historical period. 

The Africa-inspired rooms pay tribute to the best of Africa, from the Safari to Fantasia, each room designed with a purpose. The Safari Room is modelled after the Okavango Delta in Botswana, the 1000th site to be officially inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list. The contemporary canopy bed, faux animal skin rug and warm caramel colours represent the premium safari experience in the savanna wilderness. The Fantasia Room is inspired by the setting of the famous ‘Marrakech Fantasia 1001’. The room is reminiscent of the historic tales of romance, where lovers hid in Arabian tents away from prying eyes. The canopy bed in the Fantasia Room is a shabby-chic tent-style with added elements of typical Moroccan mystic charm around the room, including traditional Moroccan tiles in the bathroom. 

All the bathrooms are modern and clean with Oriki products for each guest to enjoy. Their close relationship with Oriki Spa gives guests access to a 15% discount on all services. Villa Monument also offers guests a free laundry service and breakfast, depending on the rate. Breakfast is tailored to the guest’s taste and can be enjoyed either in your room or in the guest lounge. The hotel shares a kitchen with the 355 Restaurant next door, so guests can order from their menu or walk next door to chill in the lounge. There is also a small patio in the hotel where guests can smoke shisha and have a drink. Guests can also access the gym and meeting room for their convenience.
