Pilates is a NON impact exercise method that improves your daily movements, helps you build strong and lean muscles while increasing flexibility and strength in both your joints and your core - (Lower back, Abs and Pelvic floor).

Bodyworks has taught the Pilates method for over 5 years in Lagos and in tha time have showen that Pilates is a great way to; 

  • Relieve Lower back pain,
  • Be rehabilitative and gentle on the body and joints- making it perfect if injuries or conditions like arthritis, osteoporosis, high blood pressure are present,
  • Realign postural misalignments
  • Improve the core strength and performance of runners, cyclists and athletes .
  • Be therapeutic and so great for general well being and stress relief
